Kardas Law was built on a simple premise: recovery begins with understanding what actually happened.

Led by Anne Kardas, the firm works with insurers, subrogation departments, TPAs, and self-insured organizations on complex losses where outcomes are determined by the quality of the work done in the early stages of a loss. With more than 17 years of combined legal and investigative experience, including service as a federal investigator, Anne approaches each matter from the same starting point: the facts exist – they just need to be uncovered.

That means looking closer, asking more questions, and staying with the details long enough to understand how the loss actually occurred. It is not about volume or filing suit for the sake of movement. It is about doing the work that allows a case to stand on its own so that when recovery is pursued, it is supported, intentional, and positioned to resolve.

Just as important is how that work is done. At Kardas Law, clients are treated as thought partners, not file sources. Communication is direct, responsive, and respectful of the demands placed on claims professionals. The goal is not simply to recover. It is to make the process easier, clearer, and more reliable for the people responsible for it.
